Council members are a qualified group of U.S. executives, clinician leaders and clinicians at organizations directly involved in healthcare delivery.

How frequently will I be invited to share my opinion?

The Catalyst Insights research team will send out a monthly survey email invitation. We encourage all Catalyst Insights Council members to participate in all surveys that are relevant to you.

How much time does it take to complete each survey?

We know that your time is valuable so we make each survey as brief as possible. They usually take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

How will my responses to the surveys be used?

Your responses will be compiled with those of other Insights Council members. The responses will be the foundation for our monthly NEJM Insights, which will be published on the NEJM Catalyst website and include summary findings, expert analysis and commentary from our thought leaders. Your privacy is ensured. No personally identifiable information is shared.

Are there any costs or fees to be a participant?

No, your Insights Council membership is free.

May I recommend joining the panel to a colleague?

Yes, we welcome new qualified Catalyst Insights Council members. Simply send them a link to the homepage https://www.catalystinsights.nejm.org and ask them to select the "Apply Now" button to see if they qualify.

I joined the NEJM Insights Council, how do I log in?

If this is your first time logging into the NEJM Catalyst Insights Council site, you will need to complete your membership by responding to the email you received with the subject line “Confirm your NEJM Catalyst Insights Council Membership”. The email contains a unique link that allows you to confirm your membership and create a password. Your username is the email address that you indicated when you registered to be a member of the NEJM Catalyst Insights Council. If you need to create a new password, select "Forgot Password" below the login button. Please note that your NEJM Group login information will not work for the NEJM Catalyst Insights Council website. This site is restricted to individuals who have qualified for and joined the NEJM Catalyst Insights Council.

How will I know if there is a survey for me to complete?

We will send you an email invitation with a link to the survey, or you can login to the NEJM Catalyst Insights Council site at any time and available surveys will be listed.

How do I cancel my membership (opt-out)?

As an NEJM Insights Council member you will receive email invitations to complete online surveys. To deactivate your membership select the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the email invitation or you may send an email to catalystinsightssupport@nejm.org to request removal.

What device or software is needed to participate in a survey?

NJEM Catalyst Insights surveys can be taken on any desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. There are no software requirements to participate in surveys.

How can I get technical help if a problem arises?

If you experience technical difficulties at any time contact us at catalystinsightssupport@nejm.org. Please be as specific as possible in describing the problem and tell us the browser (include the version number) and device you are using. We will respond promptly to help determine the nature of the problem and how it can best be resolved.
